Run402 provides cloud infrastructure for developers and AI agents: PostgreSQL databases, REST APIs, authentication, file storage, row-level security, and static site hosting. Services are provisioned and paid for via the x402 protocol (USDC on Base) or via prepaid allowance funded through Stripe. Run402 is operated by Kychee, Inc..
By accessing or using Run402 — including provisioning a project, deploying a site, or calling any API endpoint — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Legal Notices. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The prototype tier is free — it uses testnet USDC (no real money) to verify wallet and x402 payment setup. Production tiers (hobby, team) require real money. Run402 offers prepaid leases with hard usage caps — no overage charges. Production payment is accepted via x402 USDC micropayments on the Base network or via prepaid Run402 credits funded through Stripe checkout. All payments are non-refundable. Lease durations, storage limits, and API call limits are specified at the time of provisioning.
You retain all rights to the code, data, and content you store or deploy on Run402. Run402 does not claim any ownership of, or license to, your content. You grant Run402 only the limited rights necessary to provide the service (e.g., storing your data, serving your static sites).
Run402 is designed to be used by AI agents. Run402 does not review, audit, or verify the code that agents or developers deploy. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any application before use — particularly before handling sensitive data or deploying to production.
You agree not to use Run402 to host, deploy, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
Run402 does not review, approve, or endorse any content deployed on *.run402.com subdomains or stored in Run402 databases. The presence of content on Run402 infrastructure does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
You are solely responsible for all content you deploy, store, or make available through Run402 — including content generated by AI agents acting on your behalf. "Your content" includes your application code, database records, uploaded files, and any content your application makes available to end users.
Run402 may, at its sole discretion, review, refuse, or remove any content or site without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Run402 has no obligation to monitor content hosted on its infrastructure. However, Run402 may investigate content in response to abuse reports, legal requests, or security concerns.
Run402 is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run402 and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Run402 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Run402, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the service, your content, your applications, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Run402 may immediately suspend or terminate your project, site, or account — without prior notice or refund — for any of the following reasons:
Run402 may take down individual sites or databases without terminating your entire project. No refund is provided for termination for cause.
Run402 complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). If you believe that content hosted on Run402 infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. Run402 will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant.
Run402 will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
Run402 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of Run402 after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Run402 regarding the service.
